Terms of Use

These terms explain the basis on which BioSignal is offered. By using the site, you agree to them.

Last updated: July 2026

Acceptance of these terms

BioSignal is operated by BioSignal Health. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Educational purpose only

BioSignal provides educational, scientific information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Your use of the site is subject to our Medical Disclaimer and Educational Disclaimer, which form part of these terms. You are responsible for any decisions you make, and we encourage you to make health decisions with a qualified professional.

No warranty

The content is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Science evolves and records change; we do not warrant that any conclusion is final or applicable to your circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioSignal Health and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

You agree to use BioSignal lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt the service, scrape it in ways that burden the platform, or misrepresent its content. You may reference and link to BioSignal; you may not present its material as your own or as medical advice to others.

Intellectual property

The BioSignal name, the platform, and its original editorial content are the intellectual property of BioSignal Health, protected by applicable law. Underlying scientific facts and cited sources belong to their respective authors and publishers; BioSignal’s synthesis, structure, and presentation are its own.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the platform develops; material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@biosignal.health. This page is a plain-language draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
